I didn’t start migraines that young, but my brother did. He would lay in bed and just scream in pain (personally I never understood that...it hurts, yelling makes it hurt worse)...my daughter also gets them already (she’s 8), a cool cloth on the neck and the forehead, a dark room and sheer quiet are what helps her.
